Accommodations: You will be booking your lodging directly through the Sou’wester. They are offering us a group discount for the weekend and are holding spots for our event, so PLEASE CALL them TO BOOK directly at (360) 642-2542. The trailers will not show as available online. The refurbished trailers will book up quickly and are super fun, so be sure to reserve your space soon! *We will be happy to connect you with other attendees should you be interested in room-sharing!

Refunds: For planning purposes, all registration fees are non-refundable. If you can find someone to fill your spot, great! You will just need to work out finances with them directly. Please contact us at info@refocusnw.com if you need to transfer your ticket so we can get the new attendee’s information.

Atmosphere: We want this to be a creative, relaxed, comfortable environment where you can really focus on your creative pursuits. For that reason, we ask that only people involved in the retreat attend. No children, please.

Food: Simple breakfasts, lunches and snacks will be provided throughout the weekend, as well as a cocktail/appetizer party Friday and a s’mores party another evening. We wanted to keep registration fees as reasonable as possible for you, so there are basic kitchen appliances in all of the lodging spaces and a few great restaurants within walking distance of the Sou’wester for your dinner time needs. The Sou’wester’s facilities are rustic and simple. We will do our best to provide options for your food, but are unable to provide specific dietary requests. All meals will have vegetarian options available, though.
